As a listening school that treasure parent-school relationship, we welcome and value feedbacks and use it as the bedrock for making decisions in the school.

1. Speak with your child’s teacher on areas of concern that you feel can be handled by the teacher.
2. Walk into the school office and discuss any area of concern with the Academic Manager or Admin Manager
3. Discuss with the Head of School in case you feel that your concerns are not attended to, please do not hesitate to speak.
We also welcome suggestions about what we can do to continuously improve. You can visit the school office and tell us what we can do to make progress.
However, we encourage all parents to show respect to our school staff by not coming to shout, scream or fight in the school. Don’t stay at the school gate to fight or scream at teachers because you are angry. Please ensure you come into the school office to discuss and iron out ANY issue. You can be assured that we will listen and take action.
NB: Parents coming to the school to physically or verbally assault any of our staff will not be tolerated.
